Returns & Refunds

Please KNOW YOUR SPECIFIC ALLERGENS as several ingredients in each product may trigger an adverse allergic reaction! It is NOT our company's responsibility to know your body like that, so consider yourself warned... [Please review the "Skin Communion Ritual" insert sent with your order or your email inbox]

Due to hygienic reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR GIVE REFUNDS! Please review each product carefully before purchase. If you purchased something from us and found you dislike it (for whatever weird reason), it is your responsibility to own up to said mistake and learn from it - do better.

However, in the case of product damage or lost packages, you can contact us at belfry@belfrysbodyapothecary.store  Upon receiving damaged orders, contact is required within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photo submission for approval. 


Damages & Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48hrs) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo evidence is also required and should be attached to the email submission within the 48hr time period upon package retrieval. 

Please note that accidents happen and Belfry's Body Apothecary will do our best to address the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package ONLY IN CASES OF LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS! Items sent back to us without contacting us first or photo submission will not be accepted. Lost or damaged returns must be sent back to Belfry's Body Apothecary within 14 days in order to address the issue in a timely manner.


Exchanges
ONLY IN CASES OF LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS and after communication with us first; the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 14 days. Once the return is inspected and accepted, a refund or replacement will be exchanged at no cost to the customer.

 

Refunds
ONLY IN CASES OF LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS will we notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return within 14 days; as well as confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at belfry@belfrysbodyapothecary.store.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products - yes, soap is a beauty product). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
